Strawberry Marble Cheesecake is a sweet and fruity dessert with a delicious taste. The base is an almost chocolate chip cookie crust covered cheesecake on top. The topping is a combination of strawberries and cream cheese. You can serve it just as is, or add some other toppings to make it more like a cake. Strawberry Marble is best eaten while it is still warm from the oven, which is about 2 hours after preparing.

In order to prepare the Strawberry Marble Cheesecake recipe, you should first have all the necessary ingredients for the recipe. The recipe will require you to mix together three packages of cream cheese, lemon extract, 2 tablespoon of Flour, and 3 eggs. Once you have gathered all the ingredients for this recipe, all you have to do is to take your prepared Strawberry Marble Cheesecake and break it in half. Place the broken cake into the refrigerator and allow it to cool off. It is best to leave it in its original plastic wrapping for at least three to four hours.

Strawberry Marble Cheesecake

500 g cream cheese-soften
½ lemon –extract juice1 cup condense milk
2 tbsp flour
3 eggs 

For chocolate base:
½ cup cocoa powder
125g butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
2 eggs For glazed
200g strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
1/3 cup water
½ lemon- extract juice

How to make strawberry marble cheesecake 
1. For base: melt butter ,sugar ,and cocoa in a pan. Cool.

2. Add eggs, flour and vanilla, stir till well combine. Pour into a loose bottom tin which is greased. Out side the tin secure with aluminum foil.

3. Meanwhile for the cheese mixture, mix altogether to form a smooth batter, Pour into the cocoa batter which is in the tin, swirl it with a spoon to get the marble effect. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 45 mins or till firm. Cool.

4. To make the glazed, mash the strawberries . In a pan heat sugar , water and corn flour. Add the strawberries. Cool completely then glaze the cake.

5. Chill before cutting.
